This website is operated by Villa Lavanda, Korčula island, Croatia. This page explains what personal data the site collects and why.
What we collect
- Contact and other forms: the details you type (such as name, email, phone and message), used only to answer you.
- Bookings: your name, email, optional phone and notes, and the time you booked, used to provide the appointment and send confirmations.
- Newsletter: your email address and language, used to send the newsletter until you unsubscribe (every email has an unsubscribe link).
- Technical data: a shortened, hashed form of your IP address to stop spam, and anonymous page-view counts.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Who processes the data
The site is hosted by Neural Draft, which stores the data on our behalf in the EU/US cloud (Google Cloud) and sends transactional emails. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Form messages and bookings are kept as long as needed to deal with your request and for our records; newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use by emailing [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
